I was greeted kindly when I walked in and assisted quickly with a smile. I won’t ever return to cvs where they treat you like they are doing you a favor by filling your prescriptions!! I am fed up with their rude attitude and mistakes. Dealing with ultra pharmacy is a welcomed change! I always prefer to Support a smaller local business anyway.

The owner/operator Dipen Patel is a class act. His approach to be all about customer service is refreshing. He even offers free prescription delivery to your home. In my opinion, his organization is the future of the "concierge" pharmaceutical industry. He is the first in this area to try implement this approach. I am lucky to have found him, and would tell everybody to drop your scripts with him, and see why I will never leave his care.

This is the only pharmacy that I’ve gone to that genuinely cares about the patient. The pharmacists are not afraid to fight for you when you’re in a bind with insurance or your doctor. With that said, I can see the stress and exhaustion that goes with keeping all the insurance, doctors, and patients happy..yet they haven’t let me down 1 time in the past couple years I’ve been with them. THANK YOU FOR BEING A ONE OF A KIND PHARMACY

Great, knowledgeable, friendly staff who go out of their way to make sure they have the drug you need. In particular, I have a medication which 2 of 3 generic brands give me a very bad dry mouth side effect. Immediately after mentioning this, the pharmacist asked if I knew the manufacturer and showed me he type of pill they had of the generics to compare in hopes of being able to make sure I was able to get the medication I was most comfortable with. As a first time patient, I am very impressed and will be moving my prescriptions all to this pharmacy.

This pharmacy was recommended by a physician and I absolutely live the owner and everyone else. It’s a small “mom and pop” pharmacy that is there to help. One thing I couldn’t stand about CVS and other larger pharmacy was how impersonal they are. Here at Ultracare they take care of everyone the same and make sure that your refills are in order. If there’s anything you need they don’t hesitate to contact the doctor on your behalf and understand patient care. I like near Montgomery mall so the drive is a bit far but that should tell you how amazing this pharmacy is. I’m willing to pass tons of pharmacy’s to come here. They are genuine, which you cannot find just anywhere.

Came from a different pharmacy and had been having a lot of different issues with getting my prescription promptly, and then the pharmacy completely stopped carrying it without telling me, leaving me in a bind. Ultra care had been one of the providers for my prescription so I took a chance and called and have been living stress-free ever since! The only pharmacy I can actually say has the patients back.
