Ultracare Pharmacy in Germantown MD is the absolute best pharmacy with the most professional and personable employees I’ve ever received service from! The kind staff: delivery driver; receptionist(s); and pharmacists, are all super helpful and have treated me with respect every time I interact with them. I appreciate that an independent pharmacy needs to be exceptional in everything: business management and administration; technical expertise; and individualized, compassionate care. I was greeted kindly when I walked in and assisted quickly with a smile. I won’t ever return to cvs where they treat you like they are doing you a favor by filling your prescriptions!! I am fed up with their rude attitude and mistakes. Dealing with ultra pharmacy is a welcomed change! I always prefer to Support a smaller local business anyway.

This pharmacy is awesome! I never have a wait when filling my prescriptions. I was also able to get my covid vaccine without an appointment! Everyone that works there has great customer service. Highly recommended!

Ultra Care Pharmacy is the best!!! I suffer from several medical conditions, as a result of which, I have a very complicated prescription profile. It has been a revelation to find a pharmacy that conscientiously fulfills the role of the pharmacist as a core of the medical ecosystem. For instance, I sent Dipen Patel my latest glucose readings last week, and he sent me a detailed email as to what questions I need to ask my endocrinologist, my primary care physician, my neurologist, about which specific medications. I cannot say enough nice things about Dipen Patel and his staff (Steve, Libby, Megan, Fernanda, Neil, Ridhi, and Bharat), whether it be fighting on my behalf with recalcitrant insurance companies for extremely complicated preauthorizations, providing regular reminders, delivering on time, or dealing with urgent situations, always with a smile and unrelenting optimism; they are truly THE BEST!!!

Very prompt, courteous, and helpful. Once they called me to let me know they were closing in 15 minutes and would stay open to make sure I got my medication if I came ASAP. I didn't answer the phone on the first ring and they called back until I answered because they knew it was important as I was coming from urgent care. I won't go anywhere else!

I love Ultra Care Pharmacy! Every time I call I get excellent service. I love how prompt they are with getting the medication ready and specially with them mailing out the medication to my home. I recommend the pharmacy to anyone. Fast and reliable.

Forget 5/5 I give them a 10/10. I dropped my prescription off and instead of waiting forever in a day they got it to me quick and painless. Plus if you need something of a specialty item and they don’t have it they know exactly where you can get it.
